You should have questions. Here are the real answers.

About NAD+

What is NAD+?

NAD+ is a molecule present in every cell of your body. Your body uses it to produce energy, repair itself, and keep systems running the way they should. It's been studied for decades — this isn't a new supplement trend. It's one of the most researched areas in longevity science, and for good reason.

Why do NAD+ levels decline?

As you get older, your body uses NAD+ faster than it can make it. Human tissue studies show levels can drop by roughly half between your 40s and 60s. Poor sleep, chronic stress, and alcohol speed that up. Most people feel the effects long before they know what's causing them — the fatigue that doesn't go away, the focus that isn't quite there.

How is injectable NAD+ different from NMN or NR supplements?

NMN and NR are precursors — your body has to convert them into NAD+ after you take them. How much actually gets converted is uncertain, and oral absorption adds another variable. Injectable NAD+ delivers the molecule directly, so you know what you're getting and your body doesn't have to do the conversion work. In clinical settings, injectable is the standard for a reason.

Is NAD+ FDA approved?

Injectable NAD+ is dispensed as a compounded medication under a valid physician prescription. Compounded medications are regulated by state pharmacy boards and subject to FDA oversight when produced by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Endeavor works exclusively with a licensed, US-based compounding pharmacy — not overseas suppliers.

Safety & Side Effects

Is injectable NAD+ safe?

NAD+ is something your body already makes and needs. Injectable protocols replenish what naturally declines with age. IV and injectable NAD+ have been used in clinical settings for decades, and the safety profile is well established. Every Endeavor protocol starts with a physician reviewing your full health history — that's not optional, and it's not a formality. Side effects exist, but they're generally mild and temporary.

What are the side effects?

The most common ones are mild and short-lived: a brief warm or flushing sensation, some warmth at the injection site, or occasional nausea. These tend to be dose-related and resolve quickly. Serious adverse events are rare. Your physician will flag any individual risk factors during your consultation.

Who should not use NAD+ therapy?

That's your physician's call to make, and it's made based on your full health history. NAD+ therapy isn't appropriate for everyone — including some people with active cancer or certain metabolic conditions. This is exactly why physician evaluation is required. No workaround, no exceptions.

Can I take NAD+ with other supplements or medications?

Bring everything to your consultation — every supplement, every prescription, every OTC medication. Your physician will review your full list and let you know if anything is relevant to your protocol. Don't assume something is fine because it's a supplement.

The Endeavor Process

Who are the doctors?

All clinical services are provided by Beluga Health, a licensed telehealth medical group. Every prescriber is a licensed physician operating under applicable state and federal regulations.

Where are medications shipped from?

All prescriptions are filled and shipped by our licensed, US-based compounding pharmacy. We don't source from overseas. Your compound is prepared to pharmaceutical-grade standards — tested for purity, potency, and sterility.

Is this available in my state?

Endeavor Peptides is currently available in 48 states. We do not currently offer services in California or South Carolina. If you're in any other state, you're eligible to get started. Email us at support@endeavorpeptides.com if you have questions about your state.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes — and that's intentional. A valid physician prescription is what ensures your protocol is appropriate for your health and that your compound comes from a licensed pharmacy held to pharmaceutical-grade standards. There's no version of this that works without it.

How do I administer the injection?

NAD+ is administered subcutaneously — the same method used by millions of people who self-inject insulin every day. The needle is small. The injection is shallow. It takes about 30 seconds once you've done it a couple of times. Your protocol documentation walks you through every step with clear instructions before your first dose. If anything is unclear, our clinical team is available to help — by message, not a phone tree. Most patients feel fully comfortable by their second or third dose. This part is a lot less intimidating than it sounds.

How long until I feel results?

Most patients notice real changes in energy and mental clarity within two to four weeks. The longer you stay on protocol, the more those benefits build. Individual results vary — your physician will set realistic expectations based on your health profile.

Will my insurance cover it?

Most insurance plans don't cover compounded NAD+ therapy. Reach out and we'll walk you through pricing and payment options.

How do I get started?

Complete your health profile — it takes about 5 minutes. A licensed physician reviews your answers and determines whether NAD+ is appropriate for you. If approved, your prescription goes to our partner pharmacy and ships to your door. The whole process from profile to delivery typically takes about a week.
