Terms of Service
Last updated: March 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Endeavor Peptides website and services operated by Endeavor Peptides LLC(“Endeavor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
1. Services Overview
Endeavor Peptides is a telehealth-enabled wellness platform. We facilitate access to physician consultations and, where appropriate, prescription compounded medications through our licensed medical and pharmacy partners.
Endeavor Peptides is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or medical practice. Clinical services — including physician consultations, medical evaluations, and prescription issuance — are provided by Beluga Health, an independent licensed telehealth medical group. Prescription fulfillment is handled by an independent, US-licensed compounding pharmacy.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new health protocol.
2. Eligibility
Geographic Availability: Endeavor Peptides currently offers telemedicine services to residents of 48 U.S. states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Services are not currently available in California or South Carolina. Residents of those states are not eligible to use this service at this time.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
- You must be a current resident of a state in which our clinical partner is licensed to practice medicine at the time of consultation and prescription issuance.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during the intake and consultation process.
3. Physician Consultation & Prescriptions
All prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of a licensed physician. Completion of a health profile or payment for consultation does not guarantee issuance of a prescription. If a physician determines that a requested therapy is not clinically appropriate for your health profile, we will notify you and a refund will be issued for the consultation fee.
Prescriptions are issued to you individually and may not be transferred or shared. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information during consultation. Providing false or incomplete medical information may result in termination of services and may have serious health consequences.
4. Payments & Fees
All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Fees may include:
- Consultation fee (physician evaluation)
- Compound medication cost (set by partner pharmacy)
- Shipping and handling
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed by our secure payment processor. We do not store your full card information. Most insurance plans do not cover compounded medications — you are responsible for full payment at time of order.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultations: Consultation fees are refundable if a physician determines you are not a candidate for therapy before a prescription is issued. If a prescription is issued and accepted by you, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Medications: Compounded prescription medications are prepared specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy. Due to the personalized and perishable nature of compounded medications and applicable state and federal regulations, all compounded medication sales are final and non-refundable once the prescription has been dispensed.
Exceptions: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@endeavorpeptides.com within 5 business days of receipt. We will work with our pharmacy partner to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or credit at our discretion.
Subscription or Protocol Cancellations: You may cancel ongoing protocol subscriptions at any time prior to the next billing cycle by contacting our support team. Cancellations submitted after a billing cycle has processed are not eligible for refunds for that period.
6. Shipping
Medications are shipped directly from our licensed compounding pharmacy partner. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments. We are not responsible for medications that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to incorrect delivery information or unattended delivery.
7. Patient Portal & Communications
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to a patient portal (powered by Dosable) for secure communication with your care team, prescription management, and protocol tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials. Communications through the portal are for care coordination only and do not constitute an emergency medical service. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Using this service for any unlawful purpose
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete medical information
- Sharing, reselling, or transferring any prescription medication obtained through our platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Using automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, except where prohibited by law.
